@fenglengshun True, intuition is a powerful thing. I honestly think Anthropic is just trying (and failing) at a PR stunt to look FOSS-friendly. But it’s wild to see this much heat for them when companies like Meta and Google are also sponsors (though not nearly as big). It feels like we’ve become desensitized to "standard" big tech and AI is the "new dangerous thing" which gets a much more emotional response.
