because misskey does not check it, there are now emoji packs which either omit metaVersion entirely, or use metaVersion: 1 (assuming that bit in shrimpnet wasn't dead code) when they're actually metaVersion: 2

ah, indeed... firefish emoji-gen does indeed generate packs with metaVersion: 1 that are actually a metaVersion: 2
