My opinion is that in "capitalism" world/business the moni is the only understandable language (this is a very great simplification and generalisation). If someone wants to be a special client, they should pay it for that, then they can look at Excel spreadsheet and calculate what is their way - shouting "urgent", paying more, having problem fixed 5 minutes earlier or being quiet, paying less, having problem fixed without significant delay. "You could already have it done, if you would not spam me with reminders." - everyone's thought at some point. CC: @stefano@mastodon.bsd.cafe
