I was installing fresh installs of Cachyos and Windows yesterday and the experience was night and day. The windows installer took four times as long, wasn't scaled correctly to my monitor, and didn't work with my peripherals so I had to dig around for a mouse. It also added a bunch of bloatware I don't need, while failing to install the drivers I do need, which CachyOS just gave me without me lifting a finger.
