@Li@tech.lgbt @tudbut@social.tudbut.de @hellomiakoda@pdx.social @imbl@social.treehouse.systems this interpretation of “coexisting” assumes all people have to exist in the same place at the same time and as it does the problem at hand disappears when that unreflective of reality assumption is dismissed
everyone can be accomodated by not attempting to accomodate everyone simultaneously. have different spaces. that is why social structures must be decentralized, to have room for everyone, not just the majority

@hsza@social.tudbut.de @Li@tech.lgbt @hellomiakoda@pdx.social @imbl@social.treehouse.systems yes, and additionally: co-existing means respecting everyone, not arbitarily deciding certain people dont get to co-exist, or certain people arent important or whatever the fuck Exactly. and when needs conflict (e.g. individual A has sexual trauma and feels horrible when seeing genitals, individual B wants to be fully naked and feels bad when they cant), one of these needs will Have to be violated to coexist. this is what i mean by you have to decide which need is “more important” or “less outlandish”. IT IS SUBJECTIVE.
