I'm afraid Labour only have themselves to blame for the disaster in the Senedd election. They appointed a leader who came too close to being a puppet of Starmer first and First Minister second. This may have been perception more than reality, but they knew that this was the perception and were unwilling to change it for fear of upsetting the person who was a significant contribution to losing the election. #Senedd2026
