I have absolutely no expectation of ever using this, but has anyone written, in any language, a good float-to-vulgar-fraction converter? "Good" means "only uses traditional vulgar fractions of the sort represented as single sorts in typesetters' cases and in Unicode" and "falls back to decimal when the rational value would be a 'too far' from the original float".
