Something they don't tell you when you're speccing into the kind of vague political autism i suffer from (as opposed to train autism or tranny autism) is that nobody ever really "gets" your interests and often times people dont know what kind of things you'd appreciate as gifts. I try not to make politics my personality because thats just gay and cringe, but ultimately the people close to you will know you by your fruit. The most thoughtful but least useful gift i've ever received was a Piers Morgan book my wife bought me, which i pretended to read briefly. The least thoughtful but most useful gift was a leather belt i've now used constantly for nearly 10 years, and i got it from someone I no longer speak to.
