I believe the ones pumping it up are the “AI bros” and “tech bros” AKA non-technical folks. These types don’t actually have the skills or knowledge to put together something like this themselves so they rally around Omarchy because that work has already been done for them.

Yeah and sprinkle the whole thing with agentic AI that can have root access for these people… It’s pretty damn yikesy lol I think a lot of people are gonna get hurt, unfortunately. Just thinking of the poor bastard with the giant obsidian brain that has been the pride of his life for the past 5 years.
