Like I said, the board is very absent this year… I have administrative tickets open since March with crickets for an answer. And I don’t want to fight… I’m exhausted.
I definitely won’t have a 70% increase. I bought it at the peak of the 2020 inflationary crisis.

@EdwinG@mstdn.moimeme.ca @xavsworld@mas.to @stephanie@ottawa.place ça semble etre un cas où les lois de condo Ontario sont meilleures qu’au Québec. Quand le board se pogne le bacon tu as accès au condo tribunal, ce qui demande pas d’avocat ou de dépenses onéreuses.
