[My previous comment on it. Mostly there is no "score" it's a binary list of businesses and business people (some individuals may end up on the list if they lose a defemation suit for example) who owe debts/damages and refuse to pay. It's not automatic, it's not affected by your day to day life and you are put on the list only after a court hearing](https://lemmy.ml/post/44251521/24441691)
