@remi@urbanists.social even the "ok" licences like the share-alike ones are a bit dodgy. if i use train manager forecasts as a basis for my own forecasts that maybe i have thrown a €30bn server farm at, i have to provide those forecasts to everyone else for free too! really fundamentally created by people who don't understand the power of open data. CC licences are for people who want to let fans make fan art in their spare time. not for building a modern economy @jon@gruene.social
