I've been developing and maintaining software for more than 2 decades now, dealing with tech from PHP to Scala. But what am I going to do next, if I no longer fit the IT world, apparently run by people only interested in making more money at the expense of others? I wish so much that there were companies hiring professionals, true engineers that actually care about quality and reliability.
