The main advantage of this package would be high customization ability + execution on accelerators. Also CPU execution should be pretty good due to the jit compilation I would expect.

@sebffischer@mastodon.social don t know about bayesian methods in general, but if i have time and since i have some Codex Sub now, i will try to do some ragebait induced NeoedgeR and compare to the numba using python port of edgeR https://brianrepko.github.io/blog/posts/2026-02-26-edgepython-and-ai/ https://github.com/pachterlab/edgePython Testing on gpu should be possible since i have a gaming PC now (and i manage to install huge NVIDIA binaries on WSL) But it would be great to have scripts for setting up anvil dev environment for testing on say google collab
