Video game idea: Kingdom Hearts, but the worlds you visit are inspired by #monsterdon movies instead of Disney properties.
Instead of Goofy and Donald, the main character's sidekicks are the Devil Girl From Mars and a (miniaturized) Godzilla. Mini-Godzilla's quest is to get big again, Devil Girl is just there for the boys.
Each level you have to figure out how to neutralize the monster, so it could be an action/puzzle game.
Note: I have not (and will not) play the actual Kingdom Hearts.

#Monsterdon movies often share similar settings, so this hypothetical video game could group some of the worlds into archetypes. For example... Showa Tokyo (Kaiju battles mandatory) Eastern European Vampire Village (with plentiful Peter Cushings) 1950s America (the level is in black and white, probably menaced by a slime monster from space) Sleepy English Village with Pub and Complex Villager Drama Canadian-coded remote forest town Retrofuturist Space Opera that is Not Star Wars (TM)
