We have a big one of those planted next to the deck - the cockatoos land on the hand rail and have at it.
I am fine with this (I wish more would visit) as it is about 2 metres tall and out of control - I probably need to cut it back … dramatically.

@Devorppa@aus.social I think most lavenders are nearly indestructible, sprcially once as big as yours. Mine were self seeded from last year and only tiny. 😔 Luckily I have more if I can keep Trumputin off them.
