From this PR it looks like they are doing setup for future / present “agentic coding”. Skills are markdown documents you feed to chatbot “agents” so that you can run different operations with a chatbot with the project in context so that you don’t have to include all of your preferences in the prompt when doing common actions. If you have a blanket prohibition of slopware, you should care about this. If you don’t, then 🤷.
