@bloor@bloor.tw It is sad for sure. How about teaching your kids how to swim and stay out of water when there is not a life guard present.

My 4 year old has been going to weekly swimming lessons since he was 6 months old and still sinks like a rock unless he is holding a float - "teach 'em to swim" is not a reasonable answer. Kids also move *fast* - probably most parents have momentarily lost track of their child. Usually you get away with it because the holes in the Swiss cheese don't line up. But I don't think there's a solution - sometimes tragedies happen and that's just how it is.
