what meaningful new features have appeared in any software in the last year other than adding an AI chat to literally everything
what amazing new software has appeared to grab market share from the incumbents because it was just sooo quick to make
people parrot this shit about speed to market but nothing new and successful has been brought to market in software other than LLMs in like 10 years. VR flopped so hard it left a crater

@deprecated_ii@poa.st Maybe he means it as "industry". There is no reason to make better "product" when cheaper will do, since competition is doing the same. Enshitification will continue, until things just stop working completely.
