I don't hold grudges but one time we had a new CTO who got the whole team upset, bullied the team lead and decided that everyone is suddenly full stack. Fast forward four months later and everyone on the team had left besides that one guy who depended on the position to keep his visa. (I still applaud the front-end dev who simply didn't show up one day — good for her.) Add two months and that stupid muppet appeared on a podcast episode titled "how I built a kick-ass team".
