I wish it were rhetorical question, but... Are we in USA still leaning on gofundme instead ofdemanding and getting a decent single-payer health care system? A little more rhetorical, but fearing the answer is hellscape-compliant: are buy now pay later things like Klarna becoming (shitty) substitutes for proper health care? They seem to be everywhere else (IKEA was advertising them; you can even get FAST FOOD paid for in installments...)
