If they proceed with charges and prosecute him, he's facing potentially a life sentence for the reckless endangerment charge. As he's blatantly placed the life of a rescue worker in danger, when he slashed a dinghy that was already confiscated and in their custody. My hope is that he tries to fight the charges.
