@cmconseils@mastodon.social My mom was driving me up to college one day - a long trip. We stopped for a meal, and the waitress was very young, very nervous, and clearly inexperienced. We later learned it was her first day on the job. When delivering our drinks, one of the drinks fell and dumped a good portion of it on my mother. A few drops splattered to another table. My mom laughed it off and tried to comfort the waitress, while the people at the other table snarled at her cruelly. I love my mom.
