@Em0nM4stodon@infosec.exchange Primarily depends if the AI note taker is already trained to recognise company-wide and project-wide terminology and can understand the context that employees understand, and if I can be sure it will capture and highlight the important parts, that I myself would have missed when taking manual notes.
Then it's the matter of having the model secured, so it doesn't leave the company's infrastructure, and can be constantly trained with new data for improvements.
If these can't be satisfied, IMHO there's no point in using it, and manual notes win.
