For this month's #BandcampFriday I'm boosting an older album of mine because music doesn't age :) ESCAPE was my first release after I was kicked from my last band (a long and complicated story) before I could leave on my own terms. Fruit ON-OFF and Stock of Stork are two expanded parts that I workshopped with some intent to be mixed into our second release, but they didn't make the cut. Some of these tracks also reference my time traveling for work or otherwise (Bohemian Mass, Sliding, Followed The Stream) and the cover is an amalgam of several photos taken while on trips to/from friends and familiar places. I released this album on 1/4" tape because I'm a glutton for punishment and yet I still managed to make back what I spent thanks some incredibly generous friends 💕 I hope you enjoy this and all of my other releases!!

And yes, while it was accidental at first, I did lean into the type design from another sky colored album by a certain city pop legend ;)
