I don’t know, I only had 1 experience (small-ish explosion causing temporary hearing damage and temporary back pain). I had multiple witnesses, approved procedure by ehs rep and video evidence of adhering to procedure. Co-worker tried to “help” and caused it. Never even saw a bill or got a single call for money. I think it may just vary by company.

Fuck you, fuck your mother, and fuck your mother’s dog. You deserve to suffer every day of your life for shilling for this bullshit. A co-worker of mine lost the use of his arm due to delays from those assholes, another lost the use of both legs for years and still can barely use his legs with the aid of crutches, and I got off lucky with just some hearing damage that could have been mitigated. Don’t listen to this asshole, if you have decent insurance, use it, didn’t go through worker’s comp.
