Now we "just" need a German #Panoramax Instance https://www.osm-verkehrswende.org/root/posts/panoramax-bedarf/ to get this data into a Pipeline that helps keep OSM updated (like this https://radinfra.de/posts/2025-verkehrszeichen/).
