Whew, I have had a busy morning/day! I managed to cram through work in a few hours, finishing up around 11am -- just in time for the mobile groomer. She was late because she'd accidentally double booked herself, but that was fine. I wasn't going anywhere, and Halo certainly wasn't either. He was a bit freaked out at being trapped in the kitchen so we could work on him, but he got through it and nobody got hurt. He's curled up on the floor near me being very handsome, and with the last few mats removed. She said that matting and shedding had been worse this summer, which, makes sense. She also said that we'd done a good job staying on top of his brushing, and indeed had managed to remove most of the clumps. She also had the same dematting brush I'd been thinking of picking up, so that was nice. *rubs hands* Right! Should get back to knitting pumpkins (and being easily distracted by games). #deardiary #dailylog #catparent
