**Important update**
for vegans on Mastodon setup
Do not substitute imitation meat (e.g. tofu-duck) for the waterfowl. While it appears to work, the next time you log in your account will be on Twitter instead.
Of the many suggestions, the most successful has been sacrificing a block of vegan chocolate.
Many thanks to all who have contributed to finding this solution.

@jetton@mastodon.online You may also cut down the tallest tree using a herring made out of tofu. Having said that, it typically only works in the UTC+-2 timezones.

@jetton@mastodon.online I would propose using seitan. if you use enough spices it wont be able to tell.
