#3GoodThings #ThreeGoodThings 1) Got my CPAP machine. 🤞it helps. 2) The cortisone shot in my knee worked pretty well. Was able to take a .33 mile walk without too much pain. It also helped with the inflammation in my trapezoid, except for when I drive. 3) The cortisone side effect headache has finally cleared up.
