@davetroy@toad.social It's a truism that Trump hates legal process. Since this is a personal, not national endeavor, he'll regret that. He appears not to have incorporated his "BOP" anywhere. That makes it an unincorporated association. It becomes a sort of de facto partnership, meaning its members are jointly and severally liable for what its members do. That's a big problem. Neither Trump nor any other member wants liability for what it or any member of the BOP does. Tough.
