One thing that sucks almost more than anything living in a neighborhood with a common mailbox is when you get a package delivered to one of the parcel boxes but the mailman puts the key in the wrong mail box. I’ve lost hundreds of dollars to this over the past almost 3 years now. Whichever neighbors get the key seem to always keep whatever package I was supposed to get instead of just dropping it at my door at the very least. Caught the mailman today to get my package from yesterday though. 👍
