Re-sharing this: "In that planetary lens, I see that we humans have built a great illusion. One made of flags and armies, of passports and prisons. We’ve told ourselves stories—some necessary, some vile—about who belongs and who doesn’t. Who is superior and who is other. But all of it is abstraction. None of it lives in the soil. The trees don’t care. The rivers don’t care. The atmosphere does not recognize nationality. Neither does the climate crisis." #Writing #Nature https://oliverkornetzke.substack.com/p/the-clarity-of-collapse-i-belong
