@TechConnectify This does resonate (pun intended) a lot with me. The human-centered design process isn't a structural safeguard against isolation of underrepresented users, unfortunately, making everyone worse off (especially here!). I'm not sure on what we could do on a larger scale to approach this though, beyond awareness
