@board 大力推广从毛象看到一个词——能力歧视。这个词挺精准地描述了阻碍人团结的现象，所谓“装逼”“秀优越”“精英味儿”不足以描述这类行为的恶劣性。怀有能力歧视的人通过语气、表情、行为传导一个价值观：如果你的能力比另一个人高一点，你就更优越，所以另一个人比你低，你可以合理歧视他。被歧视的人很难意识到这是歧视，会努力证明自己才是更优越的，或者其他人没那么优越，而不是拆除导致歧视的价值观。人的能力必然是有差异的，且大多数人都认为自己的能力高于平均值。两个原因综合起来导致几乎任意两个人之间都可以产生能力歧视。 一群怀有能力歧视的人无法自发团结合作，除非找一个他们公认更优越的人来管他们，公认更优越的人是稀少的，所以能力歧视必然导致权力集中，继而导致独裁。大大小小的独裁者也乐见人们相互能力歧视，由此引发的冲突只能由独裁者来调解。另一方面，当人们看着能力极度优秀的人时，他们之间的差异才显得不重要。所以作为领导者，要营造一个自己极度优秀的假象。 如果人们要组建一个队伍，必然要挑选更有能力的人，挑选人才如何才能不导致能力歧视呢？我尚未找到答案，好在由于AI的飞速发展，这个问题越来越不需要解决了...
